Mike Lustgarten, Ph.D.
Michael Lustgarten, Ph.D. is Scientist II on the Nutrition, Exercise Physiology, and Sarcopenia (NEPS) Team at the Human Nutrition Research Center on Aging at Tufts University. His academic research currently focuses on the role of the gut microbiome and serum metabolome on muscle mass and function in older adults.
Dr. Lustgarten has contributed to 30 publications in peer-reviewed journals that have been cited more than 3,200 times.
He also has a growing YouTube channel that is focused on biohacking aging and presenting aging-related news.
